Anime Recommendations

Hello there 🙂 If you’re reading this you’re probably curious about anime, already watching it, just want to see what this is about, or are just taking a look at the articles which I encourage you to do! But, as the title says I’ll be talking about some Anime I recommended. The Anime can range from romance to adventure to heartwarming and other themes. I’ll be listing some Anime that hopefully will spark your interest or help you have something to watch!

10 Recommendations:

1. The Promised Neverland 

The Promised Neverland is about kids who are in a perfect “orphanage.” They are fed good food, provided rooms and clothes. They live happily until they break the rule of leaving the orphanage grounds. This leads them to discover the dark truth behind the orphanage. 

2. Hunter x Hunter

Hunter x Hunter is about a boy, Gon Freecss, and his adventure to become a hunter.  Hunters can travel the world and do dangerous tasks but to become one you must take the hunters exam. During his journey he meets his friends and also has the goal to find his dad who ditched him to be a hunter when Gon was very young. (This series has 148 episodes and has 9 arcs!) 

3. Assassintation Classroom

Assassination Classroom is about a class who have to kill their teacher, an octopus like alien, before their school years ends because he will destroy the Earth after their year ends. They are trained to become assassins in order to kill him. During their training time they met many people and have a great time together and learned about many things.  

4. Violet Evergarden 

Violet Evergarden is about a girl who was used as a weapon during war. She is taught many things by her Major. During the war she loses both arms and her Major. After this news she is discharged and taken care of by former lieutenant. He runs a postal company which has Auto Memory Dolls. They write letters for people who can’t write or read. Violet decides to become one and has many “adventures” while writing for people.. 

5. Your lie in April

Your lie in April is about a boy named Kousei Arima. He is a piano prodigy who had lost his mom at a young age and after stopped playing the piano. Until he met a free spirited violinist who helped him play the piano again. 

6. Cells at Work!

Cells at work is about cells that are in our body doing their jobs and battling bacteria and other bad stuff, but they are people instead. It is about a red blood cell and her adventures she has with a white blood cell and other characters. During the show it also talks about how the cells work along with other things.

7. Attack on Titan

 

Attack on Titan is about a world where people live behind walls from titans which are giant man-eating humanoids. A boy named Eren makes a goal of killing all of them and going outside the walls. It shows his journey of joining the scout regiment, (A branch of the Military that are  actively involved with Titans, going outside the walls, and also studying them.)

8. My Love Story

My Love Story is about a tall, muscular, high school student who isn’t lucky with girls named Takeo. One day he falls in love with a small girl named Rinko Yamato who he had saved from an accident on a train. He thinks that she is in love with his best friend who is a handsome smart dude. (This anime is pretty funny.)

9. Hotarubi no mori (Into The Forest of Fireflies’ Light)

Into the Forest of Fireflies’ Light is a movie about a girl who gets lost in a forest. While she was there she encountered a young man who says he’s a spirit. He helps her find the way out. After that they meet again the next day and become friends. Every summer she comes and talks to him. 

10. A Silent Voice

A silent voice is a movie about a girl who is bullied by a boy named Shoya Ishida to the point she transferred school. After she leaves Shoya gets bullied and loses his friends. After some years they meet again and Shoya apologizes to her. (It’s very sad and heartwarming :,) )

Conclusion: These recommendations are ones that I enjoyed so maybe you might not find any of these interesting but to those who did I hope this was helpful and you try to watch at least the first episode of any of these!
